Philosophy: Making a plan, and following it – whether it’s training for an adventure race, or a professional project.  I enjoy goal setting, then breaking that goal down into smaller, more manageable pieces.  I live for that feeling at the end of the process where you achieved something huge and daunting that you never thought possible - there is nothing more satisfying (except maybe dark chocolate).  I like to be prepared for anything that can/will happen and attack it with passion.

Personal: Lived in many different parts of the company – from small Upper-Peninsula towns to Orange County, California – and have learned to love something about each local.  Always pushing to realize my full-postential, and bring that drive to any project or task.  Love endurance sports and have completed one marathon, several half marathons (and counting), triathlons and many years of competitive swimming.  I like being involved with others, being on a team, volunteering, and am an avid animal lover.
